KOTEKA is a workspace and seminar venue in Leipzig's Alt-West neighbourhood - light-filled, with a beautiful courtyard and garden.
Our coworking area offers fixed and flexible workspaces for freelancers and small teams. We also rent out a spacious seminar room for workshops, coachings and team days for up to 40 people. We believe that good work needs a pleasant environment - one where you can focus, connect and linger.

Can I cancel monthly?
Yes, our fixed desks are cancellable on a monthly basis. No long-term commitments, no fine print - stay as long as you want.
Is there a trial day?
Yes, just reach out through the contact form. We'll set up a time to show you around and you can spend a day working with us to see if it's a fit.
How do I get to you?
We're right on Georg-Schwarz-Straße, 5 minutes from S-Bahnhof Leutzsch. Tram 7 and bus 74 stop right outside, about 19 minutes from the main station. By bike: around 15 minutes from the city centre or 10 minutes from Plagwitz.
Can I book the seminar space on weekends?
Yes, the seminar space is available on weekends too. Just get in touch and we'll find a time that works.
What's included in the seminar space price?
Large presentation screen, projector, whiteboard, WiFi, flexible seating and furniture. Materials can be added on request. Drinks and catering we organise for you on request.
Is the venue accessible?
The entrance has a small step and is therefore not fully barrier-free. The main rooms are on ground level. For detailed accessibility questions, feel free to reach out directly.
Can I use KOTEKA as a business address?
Yes, you can register KOTEKA as your official business address for company registration or business mail. A dedicated mailbox is available as an optional add-on for €40 per month.
